Acceptable Use Policy

Use CleanAnyPic only with images you are authorized to process and for lawful purposes.

1. Required rights

You must own or have all licenses, consents and permissions needed to upload, modify and use an image, including permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity and identifiable people.

2. Prohibited use

Do not use CleanAnyPic to infringe rights; deceive about ownership, source or authenticity; commit fraud or impersonation; remove legally required warnings or disclosures; process unlawful, exploitative or non-consensual intimate content; harm minors; harass or threaten; falsify evidence or regulated records; introduce malware; evade safeguards; scrape at scale; or disrupt the Service.

3. Automated results

Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before use or publication. Technical processing does not transfer ownership of content or remove applicable legal or contractual obligations.

4. Enforcement and appeal

We may reject a request, preserve necessary evidence, restrict processing or suspend an account when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to explain. Reports may be sent to support@cleananypic.com.

This tool is intended exclusively for the lawful processing of images. By using it, you represent that you hold the necessary rights or have the licenses, authorizations and consents required to modify the image.
