Use CleanAnyPic only with images you are authorized to process and for lawful purposes.

1. Required rights
You must own or have all licenses, consents and permissions needed to upload, modify and use an image, including permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity and identifiable people.
2. Prohibited use
Do not use CleanAnyPic to infringe rights; deceive about ownership, source or authenticity; commit fraud or impersonation; remove legally required warnings or disclosures; process unlawful, exploitative or non-consensual intimate content; harm minors; harass or threaten; falsify evidence or regulated records; introduce malware; evade safeguards; scrape at scale; or disrupt the Service.
3. Automated results
Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before publication. Removing a mark does not transfer ownership or eliminate license, attribution, disclosure or recordkeeping obligations.
4. Enforcement and appeal
We may reject a request, preserve relevant evidence, restrict processing or suspend an account proportionately when reasonably necessary. Except in urgent safety, legal or security circumstances, we may provide notice and an opportunity to explain or appeal. Reports and appeals may be sent to privacy@zemobile.com.
