This Policy explains how Zemobile LLC handles personal information when CleanAnyPic is used.

1. Controller and scope
CleanAnyPic is operated by Zemobile LLC, EIN 30-1306023, 2810 N. Church St. #4447, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Privacy requests: privacy@zemobile.com. This Policy covers the website, image tools, Dashboard, history, billing and support.
2. Information collected
We process account identifiers, email, name and avatar when provided; authentication and session data; language preferences; original images, instructions, masks, intermediate data, outputs and thumbnails; job and ownership metadata; subscription, payment-status and transaction references; support messages; and technical security, diagnostic, network and request information generated by the Service and its providers. Stripe processes full payment credentials; CleanAnyPic should not store full card numbers or security codes.
3. Sources and purposes
Information comes from you, your browser, Stripe and service providers. We use it to authenticate users; receive, process and return images; maintain Dashboard history; provide subscriptions; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and secure the Service; respond to support and legal requests; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Systems and providers
Supabase provides authentication; Neon/Postgres stores operational records; Cloudflare R2 stores image objects; Vercel hosts and delivers application functions; Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions and billing; and PixelBin, BRIA, OpenAI, Google/Gemini or another configured provider may process images, masks or instructions for a requested cleanup. The exact provider list, processing regions, retention, model-training commitments and international-transfer safeguards are [TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED] and must be confirmed before final publication.
5. Legal bases and disclosures
Depending on jurisdiction, processing may be necessary to perform the contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or act on consent where required. Relevant information may be disclosed to contracted providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, parties to a corporate transaction or others at your direction. Regional legal bases and notices require counsel confirmation.
6. Retention
We retain information only for operational, security, billing, tax and legal needs. Exact verified retention schedules for images, results, history, logs, backups and provider copies are [TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED]. CleanAnyPic must not represent an unverified period as final. Billing and legal records may be kept longer where required.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including private object access and ownership checks where implemented. No system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive information to support.
8. Rights and choices
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection; withdraw consent where applicable; opt out of legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising; or appeal a denied request. We may verify identity using account or transaction information and apply lawful exceptions. CleanAnyPic does not currently claim to sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising; the production data inventory must confirm this.
9. Children and international processing
CleanAnyPic is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If a child submitted information, contact us. Zemobile LLC is based in the United States and providers may process information elsewhere.
