Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zemobile LLC, EIN 30-1306023, 2810 N. Church St. #4447, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. By accessing or using CleanAnyPic, you accept these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

3. The Service

CleanAnyPic provides automated tools that process images to remove watermarks, logos, text, objects or people. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain artifacts, omissions or unexpected changes. You must review every output before using or publishing it. Features and availability may change, but material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law.

4. Your content and image rights

You retain your rights in submitted content. You represent that you own the image or have every authorization needed to upload, process, modify and use it, including permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, people and confidential material.

You grant Zemobile LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify and process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the requested Service. This license does not authorize model training or unrelated use and ends when the operational or legally required retention period ends.

5. Responsibility and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for your instructions, content and use of outputs. You may not infringe third-party rights; commit fraud or impersonation; remove ownership, authenticity, safety or legally required disclosures deceptively; process unlawful or non-consensual intimate content; exploit minors; introduce malware; bypass safeguards; scrape at scale; or interfere with the Service. The Acceptable Use Policy provides further rules.

6. Third-party services

CleanAnyPic relies on hosting, authentication, storage, payment and image-processing providers. Their availability may affect the Service. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms. Zemobile LLC remains responsible for its obligations and does not disclaim responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Subscription and billing

You pay €1.95 today for an initial paid period of seven days. Unless canceled before that period ends, the subscription renews automatically at €49.95 per month using the selected payment method until canceled. The first renewal date is displayed at checkout and in the purchase confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Refund requests are separate and governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Availability, suspension and termination

We may reasonably limit, suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, a security threat or discontinuation of the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may stop using the Service at any time; stopping use alone does not cancel a subscription.

9. Intellectual property

CleanAnyPic software, interface, branding and documentation are owned by Zemobile LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No ownership in the Service or third-party content transfers to you.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and without implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that an automated output will meet every expectation.

To the extent permitted by law, Zemobile LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss. Aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount paid for CleanAnyPic during the twelve months preceding the event. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Zemobile LLC against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your content, unlawful use or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Zemobile LLC's own unlawful conduct.

12. Law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable U.S. federal law, without removing mandatory consumer protections or forums available where you live. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated as required. Questions may be sent to privacy@zemobile.com.
