1. Our commitment

Zemobile LLC works toward an accessible experience informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal and not a certification or a claim that every page or interaction already conforms fully.

2. Measures we take

• Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and keyboard-operable controls.
• Provide visible focus states, responsive layouts, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
• Use text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for interactive comparisons.
• Review color contrast, form errors, and touch-target sizing during product updates.

3. Known limitations

Some automated image comparisons and browser-native file or payment controls may behave differently across assistive technologies. We continue to review upload, checkout, subscription-management, and processing experiences as the product develops.

Include the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation you need.
