Cancellation Policy

Cancel online to stop future renewals and keep access through the paid period.

1. Effect of cancellation

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a completed payment and does not normally remove access already paid for.

2. Access through the paid period

After cancellation, you retain access through the final day of the current paid period unless access must be suspended for unlawful use, security risk or another permitted reason.

3. How to cancel

Use the online cancellation control below or Manage Subscription in your account. You are not required to contact support, accept an offer or complete unrelated steps.

4. Confirmation

A successfully completed cancellation displays confirmation and, where available, the final access date. Keep the confirmation for your records.

5. Support and refunds

If cancellation does not work, promptly contact support@cleananypic.com from the account email and include the approximate renewal date. Do not send full card details. A refund request is reviewed separately under the Refund Policy.
