2. Infringement notice
A notice should include a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including a URL or job reference where possible; contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized.
3. Counter-notice
A counter-notice should include a signature; identification and former location of removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; name, address and telephone number; consent to the appropriate U.S. federal court's jurisdiction; and acceptance of service from the original claimant.
4. Process and repeat infringement
We may forward notices, restrict access during review and restore material after a valid counter-notice and statutory waiting period unless court action is reported. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability.
5. Other rights
The DMCA process addresses copyright. Trademark, privacy, impersonation and other concerns should identify the relevant right, material and requested action and be sent to privacy@zemobile.com.
