CleanAnyPic creates accounts, receives images for server-side processing, stores Dashboard history, and uses providers in multiple jurisdictions. Transfer mechanisms, provider locations, and representative requirements must be confirmed before public launch in the EEA or United Kingdom.

- Optional marketing or non-essential technologies: consent where required. These technologies must remain disabled until the production cookie inventory and consent mechanism are verified.

If production processing involves a transfer from the EEA or UK to a country without an adequacy decision, CleanAnyPic will use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses, where required.
