1. Controller and scope

Zemobile LLC is the controller for personal information described in this notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Service delivery and purchases: processing necessary to take requested steps before entering a contract or to perform a contract, if live processing and billing are enabled.
• Security, diagnostics, and service improvement: our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, safe, and efficient service, balanced against your rights.
• Legal and accounting records: compliance with legal obligations and establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
• Optional marketing or non-essential technologies: consent where required.

3. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. You may also have rights concerning solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. CleanAnyPic does not currently make such decisions.

4. Response and verification

Email support@cleananypic.com. We may request limited information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate relevant records. We aim to respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If a request is refused, we will explain why and identify available complaint options.

5. International transfers

Zemobile LLC is established in the United States. Where required, we use adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable or other legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

6. Complaints and representation

You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
