Image Processing & Retention Notice
What happens when an image is uploaded to CleanAnyPic.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Upload and processing
Your browser may create a local preview and uploads the selected image to CleanAnyPic. The server prepares the file and the selected pipeline may send the image, instruction, mask or region to an external processing provider. Processing is automated and outputs may require review.
2. Storage and history
Originals and results may be stored in Cloudflare R2 for private Dashboard history. Neon/Postgres stores ownership, job, file and processing metadata. Supabase supports identity. Temporary chunks, masks, previews and intermediate data may exist during processing.
3. External providers
Depending on the tool and configuration, PixelBin, BRIA, OpenAI, Google/Gemini or another contracted provider may receive the minimum input needed for the requested operation. We do not authorize providers to use images for their own purposes incompatible with the Service and apply required contractual and transfer safeguards.
4. Retention and deletion
Originals, results and job data are retained while needed to provide the Service and requested history, until you delete them, request deletion or close the account. Deletion propagates to active copies controlled by Zemobile, subject to limited backup cycles and billing, fraud, security or compliance records that must be retained.
5. Not a backup service
CleanAnyPic is not an image backup or archival service. Download any result you need to retain. Availability and history may end when an item expires, is deleted, an account closes or the Service changes in accordance with applicable terms.
6. User responsibility and requests
Only submit images you are authorized to process and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. For deletion or privacy requests, use available controls or contact support@cleananypic.com with the account email or job reference. Do not attach sensitive images unless specifically requested.
