CleanAnyPic does not currently claim to sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The production data inventory must continue to confirm this.

2. How we process requests
Submit a request using the links above or email privacy@zemobile.com. Tell us the request type and your state of residence. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to match and verify your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any denial and available appeal method.
3. Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority and may contact you directly to verify your identity and authorization unless a valid power of attorney makes that unnecessary under applicable law.
4. Global Privacy Control
CleanAnyPic does not currently engage in sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, so no automated opt-out tool is currently provided. If those practices change, recognized opt-out preference signals and any required consent-management platform must be implemented before the practices begin.
5. Non-discrimination and sensitive information
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Never send government identifiers or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request a limited item reasonably necessary for verification.
6. Notice at collection
The categories collected, purposes, retention approach, and disclosures are described in the Privacy Policy. CleanAnyPic does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
